What are you carrying today?

If any of these sound like you, this might help.

Nine common reasons people reach out, and a small starting place for each, before you book anything.

01

01

Relationship Difficulties

Re-learning how to be with people you love.

Signs this might be present

  • You have the same fight on repeat.
  • You've stopped bringing things up.
  • You love them and feel alone.

How we'd work on it

We look at the pattern, not the person. What gets triggered, what protects, what is underneath, so you can show up differently without losing yourself.

02

Anxiety & Overthinking

When the what-ifs won't stop.

Signs this might be present

  • Your mind won't stop at 2am.
  • You rehearse conversations that never happen.
  • Your body is always a little braced.

How we'd work on it

CBT gives us language for the loop. Somatic work gives us an exit from it. We'll find both.

03

Breaking Unhealthy Patterns

The loops that keep you stuck.

Signs this might be present

  • You keep ending up here.
  • You know the script by heart.
  • The self-sabotage feels familiar, almost comforting.

How we'd work on it

Patterns form for a reason, usually protection. We'll understand the job they were doing, thank them, and learn something new.

04

Emotional Regulation

Tools to feel without being flooded.

Signs this might be present

  • You go from 0 to 100 fast.
  • Or you've gone numb.
  • Other people's moods move you.

How we'd work on it

Less 'calm down,' more 'what is this feeling actually trying to tell you.' Regulation comes from being heard, first by yourself.

Online or in-person

05

Self-Esteem & Confidence

Who you are, before the doubt.

Signs this might be present

  • The inner voice is cruel.
  • You can't take a compliment.
  • You shrink yourself without noticing.

How we'd work on it

We separate the voice from you. We ask where it was learned. And we practice, gently, sounding like someone who respects you.

06

Finding Purpose Again

When meaning feels far away.

Signs this might be present

  • Nothing feels meaningful.
  • You tick boxes but feel hollow.
  • You're performing a life you don't recognize.

How we'd work on it

We slow down. We listen for what still makes you lean in, even faintly. Purpose isn't found, it's noticed.

07

Overcoming Past Trauma

Gentle, paced, at your speed.

Signs this might be present

  • The past isn't past.
  • Your body remembers things your mind tries to skip.
  • Certain days, smells, songs undo you.

How we'd work on it

Paced, consent-based, never rushed. We build safety before we touch the hard parts. You set the speed, always.

08

Depression

Light, patiently, back in.

Signs this might be present

  • Everything feels heavy.
  • You're tired in a way sleep won't fix.
  • You've lost the thread of what you used to love.

How we'd work on it

We don't try to think our way out of depression. We'll build small, honest things back in: warmth, movement, being witnessed.

Duration
60 min
Format
Online or in-person
Fee
₹1,500

09

Limiting Beliefs

The quiet rules you didn't choose.

Signs this might be present

  • You hear yourself say 'I'm just not the kind of person who...'
  • You shrink your wants to fit your story.
  • You believed something about yourself early, and forgot you could question it.

How we'd work on it

Narrative therapy asks: whose voice is that, really? Then it makes room for a new one.

About Sanya

Hi, I'm Sanya.

I'm a Counselling Psychologist (M.A. Clinical Psychology) working with individuals and couples through relationships, anxiety, and emotional well-being. My style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. A safe, non-judgmental space.

What I believe

  • 01
Therapy isn't fixing. It's meeting yourself with less armour.
  • 02
Your pace, always. We don't rush the tender parts.
  • 03
Small shifts, real change. Tiny honest things, practised often.
CBT Narrative Therapy Mindfulness Emotion-Focused

From here to a first session

Three small steps. No commitment until you're ready.

Reaching out is often the hardest part. After that, it's simple.

Step 01 takes about a minute

Book

Tap Book, pick a time that works, and you're set. No forms, no back-and-forth.

Step 02 on WhatsApp, at your comfort

Connect

A fifteen-minute intro on WhatsApp. To see if we're a fit, no pressure either way.

Step 03 sixty minutes, yours

Begin

Your first therapy session. Sixty minutes, online or in person. We start where you are, gently, at your pace.

Not ready to book? That's okay, just say hi.

Inside a session

What actually happens in a session.

Start where you are

No script. Bring a specific problem, or just "I feel off". Both work.

Stay with what surfaces

I listen closely, ask gently, and give it space. No rushing past the real stuff.

Patterns, not blame

We look at what a feeling is protecting, not whether you're right or wrong.

Leave with one thing

One observation or small practice to sit with. Not ten takeaways to forget.

“I’d been putting off therapy for a long time. Lots of hesitation, overthinking, and honestly didn’t know if it was for me. But eventually I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I ended up with Sanya. From the first session, she made things feel comfortable and natural. Nothing felt clinical or forced. She’s calm, grounded, and actually listens like really listens. I didn’t feel judged or rushed, even when I was struggling to find the right words. For my first experience with therapy, I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. If you’re sitting on the fence like I was, I’d honestly recommend Sanya. She made the whole thing feel a lot less scary and a lot more human.”

“I’ve known Sanya for several months now and talking to her has really helped me heal. She’s undisputedly the best therapist out there. She’ll listen to your issues and guide you in a way that you learn to solve your problems yourself instead of depending you on her treatment. I’ve talked to a couple more therapists before and all of them just wanted to make money out of the sessions but she works doesn’t do that, as and when she feels you’re doing better now, she’ll herself reduce the number of sessions. ✨🙏🏽”

“Sanya creates a safe and comforting space for therapy. From our very first session, it didn’t feel like I was meeting her for the first time. She has a wonderful way of truly listening and understanding my perspective, while guiding me to focus more on myself. Most importantly, she helped me realize that my feelings matter too. I’m truly grateful for her support.”

Before you reach out

Common things people ask.

The questions that come up most often. If yours isn't here, message me directly. I'll answer the same day.

The simplest way is to send a short note via the contact form or WhatsApp. I'll reply with a few time options and a soft first step. We don't commit to long-term work on day one.

It's a 50-minute conversation. I'll ask what brought you, what you've tried, and what you'd like to feel different. You're not expected to have tidy answers. Unclear is a valid starting point.

It depends on what you're working on. Some clients feel steadier in 6 to 8 sessions; others stay for longer work. We review together every few weeks so you're always in the driver's seat.

Sessions are 50 minutes. Most clients start weekly or fortnightly, and we adjust as things settle.

Fees are shared on enquiry so I can factor in your situation and format (online vs in-person). I keep a small number of concessional slots each month.

For most concerns, yes. Research consistently finds comparable outcomes. The best format is the one you'll actually show up to, week after week.

Still wondering about something?

A gentle invitation

Take your time. I'll be here when you're ready.

Reaching out is often the hardest part. No pressure, no rush. Just a conversation when it feels right for you.
